ROME – The Ministry of Sport has published guidelines on how to train for individual sports.
At present, recalls the Ministry of Sport, training is possible in compliance with the rules of social distancing and without any gathering, behind closed doors, for athletes of individual sports disciplines.

As known, we read in the premise, the DPCM "prohibits outdoor recreational or recreational activities, suspends sporting events and competitions of any order and discipline, in public or private places" and "allows you to perform individually or with a companion for minors or for people who are not completely self-sufficient, sports or physical activity, provided that they respect the safety distance of at least two meters for sports and at least one meter for all other activities ".
This document, reads again, "is aimed at allowing the gradual resumption of sports activities, in compliance with priority health protection needs related to the risk of spreading from Covid-19, in implementation of the aforementioned DPCM which authorizes the training sessions of the athletes of individual sports, professional and non-professional, recognized by CONI, CIP and their respective Federations of national interest, in view of their participation in the Olympic Games or national and international events ".
