MILAN – A construction company in Como presented an order for payment against the footballer Mauro Icardi for a bill for renovation works for 17 thousand euros that would not have been paid. This is what some newspapers write, including the Fatto Quotidiano and Il Corriere della Sera . The bill concerns some interventions carried out on the attic at San Siro, in via Pinerolo in Milan, by Icardi and his wife, Wanda Nara.

According to the Fatto Quotidiano, last July, following several requests for payment of the invoice, the construction company would have turned to the lawyers who in the past few months had written to the Court of Como presenting an order for payment.

The disputed invoice speaks, explains Fatto Quotidiano, of electrical works, false ceiling, heating system, labor and supply of materials, works carried out during 2018. The invoice, however, would never have been paid. The Como judge then assessed and accepted the building company's request.

No opposition was followed by the striker of Paris Saint Germain and his wife. Thus, after the 40 days from the notification, the injunction decree has become definitive. Therefore, if the payment is not made, the creditor company can initiate an executive action for the recovery of the credit.

Ilfattoquotidiano.it has contacted the lawyers indicated in the deeds as lawyers of the creditor company who have limited themselves to framing the case as a “normal practice of credit recovery which, as such, is following the procedure provided for by the procedure, to protect the creditor company ”.
