VICENZA – Edoardo Bolzon has won the most important game in his young football career.
The Vicenza Calcio baby talent had been urgently transported to the Treviso hospital following a cerebral hemorrhage .
Bolzon had been operated on immediately and after eight days he came out of a coma.
Vicenza officially released this good news through a press note published on social media and on its website.
“We all expected to be able to give positive news – explains the Venetian club in a press release – and today they have arrived: after 8 days, the player has awakened, is out of danger and remains in a reserved prognosis.
His first thoughts were on the lack of football and teammates.
He was then excited to discover all the testimonies of affection received.
The game is still long – they underline – but we are all by your side in this battle and we are sure that you will continue to fight as you know how.
As you always say to your companions: "Raga, we never give up, nothing is impossible".
In short, not even the time to wake up that Bolzon immediately thought of his teammates in Vicenza Calcio.
