Transfer market, Lazio dreams of Thiago Silva. Meanwhile, the background on David Silva’s ‘no’ comes up

Transfer market, Lazio tip Thiago Silva with decision and continue to lick his wounds for the non-arrival of David Silva .

Lazio tries to react on the transfer market after the David Silva mockery by moving with some insistence on the Thiago Silva front. In other words, from one Silva to another hoping for a different fate.

Obviously we are not talking about a 'substitute' because they are two players who play in different roles but we are talking about a heavy purchase that would keep the fans good after the resounding no of the former Manchester City player.

But even before throwing himself headlong into the Thiago affair, a backstory arose about the failure of David Silva to arrive at Lazio.

Why is Tare so angry with the former Manchester City player to the point of expressing his disregard for the man? The reason is very simple and is revealed by the Corriere dello Sport.

Tare was sure of the arrival of the new Real Sociedad footballer because last August 7 Silva gave his final ok. Then he didn't make himself heard anymore. Not even to say that he had changed his mind.

Tare learned of Silva's signing with Real Sociedad only from social networks and this sent him into a rage because in the meantime the virals taken for a ride on the web were starting.

Lazio must react. Of course he must find a player in the role that David Silva would have held but above all he must give the square a heavy name.

So, as a replacement for David Silva he is thinking about the return of Felipe Anderson while as a heavy blow he is doing everything to get to Thiago Silva.

The Brazilian defender has not renewed his contract with PSG and will leave Paris after the Champions League final (regardless of his outcome). The big obstacle in this negotiation is his current salary as Thiago earns 12 million euros a year.

But it is also true that the PSG player is close to 36 so Lazio could convince him with a multi-year contract worth around 3 million euros per season (bonuses excluded). The Biancocelesti will have to beat the competition of Ancelotti's Everton and some Brazilian clubs (source Il Corriere dello Sport ).
