ROME – In the last few hours, the affaritaliani.it website had spoken of an agreement between Friedkin , who is about to become the new owner of As Roma, and the well-known builder Caltagirone on the new stadium in Rome. According to the rumor about this alleged agreement, the new stadium of Rome, which at first should have been built in Tor Di Valle , should now be built in Tor Sapienza .

The dry denial came from Francesco Gaetano Caltagirone himself through the messenger's website: "I was at the Olympic stadium for the derby exclusively for fun".

Through his press office Francesco Gaetano Caltagirone has specified that: «Going occasionally to see a Roma – Lazio derby is pleasant and fun. All the rest is pure fantasy ».

Rome, 16 February, the scheduled date for the handover between Pallotta and Friedkin.

Sunday 16 February is the expected date, according to Adnkronos, for the closure of the negotiation for the passage of As Roma from James Pallotta to Dan Friedkin.

The hard work of the lawyers continues, who after having examined the companies that make up the Rome galaxy, has focused on the companies created specifically for the Tor di Valle stadium.

Dan Friedkin is following all the news closely with his son Ryan who is preparing to take on an operational position within the club. The US tycoon wants to proceed quickly but without neglecting any detail, in a deal of about 800 million euros that is now on the way to arrival, with the legal due diligence on the accounts that is closing without problems (sources: Italian Affairs , The Messenger and AdnKronos).
