Spadafora: “We should transmit direct Serie A goals in the clear, like in Germany”

ROME – The resumption of the Serie A championship is not yet official but the sports minister Spadafora speaks as if it were already.

In fact, the minister went further by focusing on the broadcast of the matches on live TV.

According to Spadafora, Sky and Dazn should give their assent for the transmission of "direct Serie A goals" in the clear.

Also in this case, the reference model is the German one since Germany was the first to restart the championship.

In Germany, the TV companies that hold the rights to broadcast the matches on TV have consented to the free-to-air broadcast of "direct goals".

The declarations made by the sports minister Spadafora to Rai 3 are reported by the Ansa and by corrieredellosport.it.

“The new protocol for the resumption of the championship, very similar to that of training, has arrived from the FIGC.

Next Thursday we will decide together with Figc and Lega Serie A if and when to resume the championship.

The two possible dates for the recovery are 13 and 20 June.

Do you start in the clear?

In Germany Sky has found an agreement for which there is the Direct Goal in the clear, we will absolutely have to think about it also in Italy so as to avoid crowds of fans in the bars ".
