ROME – Botta and legal answer, appeal and counter-appeal between the referee Claudio Gavillucci and the referees association that at the end of last season had excluded him from the ranks of the A series race directors. The court of the FIGC has in fact upheld the appeal of Gavillucci , who had legally challenged his exclusion from the top series decided by the Hague at the end of last season "for motivated technical reasons".
The federal court upheld Claudio Gavillucci

But the dispute is not over, because the president of the arbiters Marcello Nicchi, on one side acknowledges and respects the decision of the court, on the other announces the intention to challenge the sentence.

I'm happy for him, I remember him as a good referee dismissed for reasons rather unexplainable, with even worse referees still in circulation. #Gavillucci
