ROME – Juan Miguel Callejón Bueno, brother of Napoli footballer José Maria Callejon, has decided to retire from football played at the end of his experience with the Bolivar shirt, where he has collected a total of 88 appearances with 58 goals in his assets. This average goal from a champion had made him the idol of the supporters of the Bolivian football club of La Paz .

So, after announcing his retirement from football, he was greeted with affection by the fans of the La Paz club. Among them, a child, who embraced him and begged him desperately to think again. This extreme gesture of the little fan made Juan Miguel Callejón Bueno move so much that he burst into tears. Tears of love and gratitude.

Before ending his career as a professional footballer in Bolivia, Callejon's brother played in Spain, Greece and Saudi Arabia for a total of one hundred and twenty career goals. Prior to this last experience, Callejon had already played with the Bolivar shirt scoring 46 goals in 101 appearances.

Then he went to play in Saudi Arabia with the Al-Ettifaq shirt for a total of 24 appearances with 3 goals. Finally, the return to Bolivar where he ended his career as a professional footballer.
