MILAN – Milan are the most active team on the transfer market, both in and out. After the arrival of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, there is a need to get rid of offensive players who are no longer part of Stefano Pioli's plans. Both Paqueta and Piatek are out, two players taken as phenomena last January that over the months ended up on the margins of the Rossoneri's technical project.
For Paqueta, there would be the insertions of some Premier League clubs (West Ham and Watford) and some Chinese companies (Shanghai and Shandong Luneng) but the Brazilian would not be convinced of these destinations. For Piatek, Tottenham's interest has faded but there is that of Udinese.
AC Milan transfer market, the Piatek – De Paul exchange could suit both clubs.
Udinese would gladly take him because his center forward are proving to be the real problem of the season. The defense holds but in front of it it marks itself with the dropper. Okaka, Lasagna and Nestorovski are scoring less than expected. The Friulians need a bomber like Piatek to lock down the salvation talk.
At the same time, Milan no longer needs him after Ibrahimovic's arrival and the explosions of Rebic and Leao. Milan need more a fantasy footballer like De Paul to alternate with Calhanoglu, Castillejo and Bonaventura.
The exchange could go through after the weekend. It would be an equal exchange because both players have a valuation of around 35 million euros.
