Najila Trinidade, the woman who accused Neymar of raping her, did not give the police the video that would prove the player's guilt and for this she lost her second lawyer in two weeks, undermining the credibility of her complaint.
The lawyer for the 26-year-old, Danilo Garcia de Andrade, had said that if he hadn't seen the video by midnight, he would have given up representing it. At the end of the ultimatum, the lawyer informed that he no longer trusted the woman, and for this he left the case.
