PARIS – Two years after Neymar's transfer from Barcelona to the PSG for a record 222 million euros, the Parisian club has decided to put him on the market because in these two seasons the Brazilian striker has often been away from the field due to injury or for extra football problems and did not represent that added value for the team especially in the Champions League.
There is a strong interest in Barcelona, Real Madrid and Manchester City. These three companies are willing to take it but obviously the PSG will never fall within the amount it spent to buy it two years ago because in the meantime the cost of its tag has dropped drastically to halve. To date, the most likely destination for Neymar is precisely Barcelona. The blaugrana want him to replace Coutinho, a footballer who never convinced Barcelona.
Neymar's black year continues. After the complaint for rape by the model Najila Trindade, the one for having spread on women's social images, the injury that prevented him from playing the America's Cup and the fact that the Paris SG is no longer considered untouchable, now c is the seizure of 36 properties held in Brazil. This was reported by the newspaper 'Folha de Sao Paulo', as part of an investigation in which O Ney is accused of tax evasion.
According to the same source, the non-payment of taxes amounting to 16 million euros is disputed, and therefore the seizure of the 36 properties belonging to the player, his family or his companies was ordered. The alleged tax evasion dates back to the time of the transfer from Santos to Barcelona. Among the assets required are 2 adjacent villas, for about 3,000 square meters, in the luxurious area of Jardim Acapulco, in Guarujà, a town on the coast of Sao Paulo, and 3 apartments in Itapema, on the coast of Santa Catarina.
Neymar, accusation of rape deflates.
Najila Trinidade, the woman who accused Neymar of raping her, did not give the police the video that would prove the player's guilt and for this she lost her second lawyer in two weeks, undermining the credibility of her complaint.
The lawyer for the 26-year-old, Danilo Garcia de Andrade, had said that if he hadn't seen the video by midnight, he would have given up representing it. At the end of the ultimatum, the lawyer informed that he no longer trusted the woman, and for this he left the case.
The video, which would last 7 minutes, was recorded by Trinidade on May 16th, the day after the alleged rape, in the same room as a Paris hotel where violence would have taken place.
A one-minute track appeared on social media last week, but so far the woman has not delivered the entire video to either the authorities or her lawyer. The woman also accused her ex-husband, Estivens Alves, of stealing the tablet in which he had stored the images (source: Ansa).
