The other Serie A matches: Verona hit Europe, Sampdoria challenge against Lecce

ROME – Verona 's hit in the midweek round of Serie A. The Venetians won 3 to 2 against Parma in what was a real play-off for the Europa League and they took one away from Milan.

Parma had taken the lead with the new Juventus player Kulusevski but then Verona completed the comeback with Di Carmine and Zaccagni. In the second half Parma equalized again the accounts with Gagliolo but in the final Pessina gave the three points to the hosts.

The match between Bologna and Cagliari ends in a tie. Mihajlovic's team had taken the lead with a goal from the unleashed Barrow but then the Sardinians drew the balance with Simeone.
