Sebastian Frey on Instagram: "I risked dying but I did it"
Below, part of the message written by Sebastian Frey on his official Instagram profile to reassure his followers. "They found me a virus that slowly disabled me completely and could take me away from you all." "Fortune wants me to pass this test", "I have always played to win and now, with determination and strength, I will win this battle too".
Sebastian Frey is a former French footballer, a goalkeeper. With 446 matches played, he is third among the foreign players most present in Serie A, behind Javier Zanetti (615) and Orundo José Altafini (459). While finding very little space with the French national team (to his credit only 2 appearances and the participation, as a reserve, at the 2008 European Championship), he enjoyed excellent consideration throughout his career, to the point of being considered among the best goalkeepers of the own generation.
