ROME – Muscular stop for the footballer Lorenzo Pellegrini . The Roma midfielder is back only today, Wednesday, December 5, to train after disposing of an injury to the right thigh flexor, but the return was not lasting.
In fact, during the session, Pellegrini felt a slight annoyance and precautionaryly interrupted the work: he felt a new muscle pain in the flexor and had to stop. The player tomorrow will be subjected to investigations to establish the extent of the new injury that almost certainly excludes him from the next championship trip scheduled for Saturday in Cagliari.
Pellegrini, who does not play from the match against Udinese, will hardly leave for Cagliari and Plzen (transfer with little value because Roma is already qualified second in the Champions League), and at this point Di Francesco hopes at least to have him in ten days against the Genoa.
Good news, however, regarding Federico Fazio who recovered from the ankle sprain that had forced him to skip the match against Inter. The Argentine defender has returned to the group, has played the training without problems and is a candidate for a shirt for the match against the Sardinians.
The Rome article , a new stop for Lorenzo Pellegrini. Fazio instead returns to the group seems to be the first on Blitz daily .
