The Psg-Bayern Champions League final was entrusted to Orsato . The referee holds up the flag of Italian football.

It is the refereeing class that holds the flag of Italian football high in the Champions League despite the poor results of our clubs (excluding Atalanta of course). Orsato has the honor of refereeing the final between PSG and Bayern Munich.

Uefa has announced that Italian Daniele Orsato will referee the 2020 Uefa Champions League final between Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich. The match will be played at the Estádio do Sport Lisboa e Benfica in Lisbon.

Orsato, 44, has been an international referee since 2010. On Sunday 23 August at 9 pm he will conduct his first final.

In this edition of the Champions League he has already been called to referee eight matches including the eighth final between Manchester City and Real Madrid.

Last season Montecchio Maggiore's whistle was designated as the fourth official of the Europa League final between Chelsea and Arsenal.

In the final in Lisbon, Orsato will be assisted by compatriots Lorenzo Manganelli and Alessandro Giallatini.

The fourth official will be the Romanian Ovidiu Hațegan from Romania.

The referee in charge of the VAR will be Massimiliano Irrati assisted by his Italian colleague Marco Guida and by the Spaniards Roberto Diaz Pérez del Palomar and Alejandro Hernández Hernández. (source AGI ).
