SARAJEVO – From the possible triumph to the ruin. Miralem Pjanic played a great first part of the race in Bosnia- Greece, only to ruin everything with a hammered-foot entrance on Zeca which cost him expulsion. As had happened against Napoli in the league, Pjanic scored a wonderful goal on a free kick but then left his team in ten men for a really avoidable expulsion.

Pjanic goal and expulsion, threatens to skip Italy at the Stadium

Bosnia started the match at 100 per hour and within fifteen minutes it was 2-0 up against Greece. Bosnia seemed to have closed the game and to have placed Italy in first place in the qualifying round for Euro 2020. It already seemed, because in the second half Miralem Pjanic remedied a very heavy red card that left his team outnumbered nurse from Greece.

Also because Bosnia is not Juventus and without a footballer of the caliber of Pjanic, its performance drops drastically. In the second half, Greece equalized with Fortounis on a penalty kick at 64 'and with Kolovos on 85'. Pjanic was sent off with a direct red and risked a two-match ban. In this case, he would miss the big match against Italy in "his" Juventus Stadium.
