ROME – DJ and producer Martin Garrix has been named Official Music Artist of UEFA EURO 2020 and will produce the official anthem and other music for the tournament. The same FIFA announced it on its official website uefa.com. The following is the Uefa statement.
"The DJ, 23, gave the news while he was headlining at the Amsterdam Dance Event on October 19th. The song, which will see the collaboration of a famous singer, will be presented in the spring of 2020. Both artists will perform it in full for the first time during the opening ceremony of UEFA EURO 2020, scheduled at the Olympic Stadium in Rome on June 12 .
