MILAN – Farewell to the controversial footballer Riccardo Montolivo at Milan. The expiring contract has not been renewed and on Instagram the former Milan club captain has let himself go to a harsh outlet against his company.
Montolivo in fact entrusted social networks with the outburst due to the non-renewal of the contract with Milan and writes in the post: “7 seasons with this glorious jersey, 4 years with the Captain armband. Then, they took off the band and I didn't say anything, I couldn't do a minute on the pitch and didn't say anything, I didn't have the chance to say goodbye in my stadium and I didn't say anything. All this spared breath I use to scream thanks Rossoneri fans, thank you from a Captain and a wounded man ".
The 35-year-old midfielder and former international, who has 66 appearances in blue, from April onwards has never been called by Rino Gattuso.
