Milan-Juventus, Kessie’s elbow in Cuadrado: red is missing

Milan-Juventus, gomitata di Kessie a Cuadrado: manca il rosso

Italian Cup, Milan-Juventus: the still image of Rai 1 with the elbow trimmed by Franck Kessie to Juan Cuadrado. The referee did not expel the Rossoneri midfielder

MILAN – Referee oversight during the first leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final between Milan and Juventus. On a Juventus attack, Franck Kessie stretched Juan Cuadrado with an elbow to the edge of the Rossoneri's penalty area. The Milan midfielder, who ended the game with a yellow card, was not sent off for this incorrect play.

Italian Cup, Milan-Juventus: Kessie pardoned but the Rossoneri will still have to do without Ibrahimovic, Theo Hernandez and Samu Castillejo.

The red to Kessie would have complicated Milan's plans both for this first leg but especially for the return leg. The Rossoneri must already do without Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Samu Castillejo and Theo Hernandez.

These three players were warned and will miss the match on March 4th following the cards they have remedied tonight. Ibrahimovic and Castillejo were cautioned while Theo Hernandez was sent off for a second yellow card (the second foul was committed against Paulo Dybala).
