TARANTO – Madness in Taranto where the protests against the leaders have touched unimaginable peaks following the defeat in the derby against Foggia . Near the waterfront of the Apulian city, a severed and bleeding head of a lamb was placed with a gravely offensive phrase towards the sporting director of the Serie D Taranto company Vincenzo De Santis: "Dirty Bari". For Taranto fans, this is an offense because there is great rivalry between them and Bari supporters.

Vincenzo De Santis is not the only Taranto Calcio member to have entered the fans' sights, President Massimo Giove has also been bitterly contested. Both were fiercely contested in the derby defeat against Foggia.

Taranto is fifth in Group H of Serie D, following this defeat against Foggia, it slipped to less than ten points from the Rossoneri.
