ROME – Karius, the goalkeeper who with his ducks last year condemned Liverpool against Real Madrid, will not go to see the Champions League final of Klopp 's troop against Tottenham.
Liverpool have invited all the players on loan (Karius is currently at Besiktas) to the final, giving them the tickets, but the goalkeeper has made the decision not to be present to help his former comrades to raise the coveted trophy.
The goalkeeper, evidently, still has not overcome the shock of the final one. Karius will have thought that it is better to take some more time and stay away from the Liverpool world. And perhaps, it must be admitted, he is right.
