As the number of goals scored away is also equal, the referee shall take the penalty kicks, in the manner prescribed by the Football Game Regulations.

The team that scores the most goals wins the competition.
With the number of goals scored equal, the referee will take the penalty kicks. "

To win the trophy, only Juventus and Napoli remained in the running.
Juve qualified for the final by drawing 0 to 0 against Milan (the first leg, played at San Siro, ended on a 1-1 result.
Napoli, on the other hand, qualified for the Italian Cup final thanks to a one-to-one draw against Inter after winning the first leg at San Siro by 1 to 0.
