PARIS (FRANCE) – Mauro Icardi is officially a PSG footballer.
The Nerazzurri will receive fifty million euros plus 8 bonuses linked to easily achievable goals.
Not only that, Inter will be entitled to an additional 15 million euros in the event that the player is sold by the PSG to an Italian team within a year.
Icardi's is the second most profitable transfer in the history of Inter Milan after Zlatan Ibrahimovic to Barcelona.
"The Club – writes Inter in the note – thanks the player for the six seasons spent together and wishes him the best for the continuation of his professional adventure".
Icardi has played six seasons with Inter without winning any trophy.
The Argentine played 219 games in the Nerazzurri scoring 124 goals.
In Paris, where he was on loan until yesterday, Icardi has already won a league title scoring 12 goals in 20 appearances.
The Argentine center forward scored another 8 goals, five in the Champions League and three in the various French cups.
PSG is still underway this year to win the Champions League.
The Parisian team eliminated Borussia Dortmund by reversing their defeat in the first leg.
Mauro Icardi's new team has qualified for the Champions League quarter-finals and is waiting to know the name of its next opponent.
They will have to end the round of 16 first , interrupted by the coronavirus pandemic.
