Heung-Min Son, the Tottenham striker with rifle and camouflage: the photo of the military exercise

ROME – Heung-Min Son , Tottenham forward, is currently in South Korea for the period of compulsory leverage .

Meanwhile, during a military exercise, he was photographed with a uniform, helmet, bulletproof vest and machine gun.

The Spurs striker was in fact called by South Korea for the compulsory military service that had been spared him for several years due to the high level sporting activity and thanks to the victory in the Asian Games of 2018, but in the period of coronavirus has terminated this permit and had to return to its home country.

The photos, published by several online sites on Twitter, would have been taken after a shooting exercise in Seogwipo, on the island of Jeju.

Son wears the military helmet with the number 136.

The exercises include exposure to tear gas, long marches and, indeed, exercises with rifles.

Son has almost completed (will end May 8) military training for a total of 544 hours.

Once back in England he will have to observe 14 days of quarantine .

Tottenham plans to have him back on the team in London by mid-May.
