MILAN – Gullit published a photo on Instagram with Rijkaard and Van Basten in 1989 reviving indelible moments for the Milan fans who are now experiencing a bad time due to the performance of current players. Gullit and Van Basten arrived in Milan in 1987, Rijkaard the following year. And just in 1988-89 Milan coached by Arrigo Sacchi won the first European Cup in that great cycle.
Gullit is a legend of Milan and the Dutch national team. He was awarded the 1987 Golden Ball when he wore the Milan shirt, he was European champion 1988 with the Dutch national team.
