VERONA – Ventura has collected the third consecutive defeat as coach of Chievo Verona and his team appeared in disarray. Giaccherini's own goal is symptomatic.
After a desperate dismissal of Sorrentino on a sure shot of Berardi, Giaccherini, instead of sweeping the ball, he tried an unlikely back-pass for his goalkeeper who was still on the ground. The result is the most clumsy of the own goals.
