According to reports from Adnkronos, Totti's father was hospitalized at Spallanzani for serious lung diseases and would also have tested positive for coronavirus.
Enzo Totti was also suffering from regressive pathologies: a few years ago he had suffered a heart attack that had forced him to skip his son's trips, when he had not yet hung up his shoes.
Father and son were very close. On the occasion of his last birthday, Francesco wrote to his father via social media: “I am passing on everything you taught me to my children, to your grandchildren. Thanks for everything my dad, or rather sheriff ”.
