FLORENCE – Bad misfortune for Gaetano Castrovilli. The player from Fiorentina and the Italian national football team was forced to replace Fiorentina-Genoa at 64 'after suffering an illness on the pitch. Castrovilli felt severe pain in the head. The pain was sudden and was not dictated by any contrast with an opponent. So the footballer threw himself on the ground explaining his pain: "My head is spinning, I don't understand anything …".
