ROME – The Argentine footballer Emiliano Sala was only 28 years old. Last 21st January he crashed in the English Channel with his private plane. About him in these hours we talk again about a sad affair involving two British men arrested for having taken the images of the autopsy of the footballer from the CCTV cameras.

Sala had just signed up for Cardiff City when the plane he was traveling on crashed . His body was recovered on February 6 and analyzed in the Bournemouth morgue the following day. It is here that Sherry Bray, 49, and Christopher Ashford, 62, appeared last Friday in front of the Swindon Crown Court to face the accusation of having had access to footage of Sala's autopsy.

The couple was forced to admit her faults and was released only on bail pending the final judgment that will be issued on September 20th. As explained by the Wiltshire Police, Bray was the director of a CCTV company that had a contract to monitor cameras in the Bournemouth morgue: in addition to having access to video images, Bray had also taken pictures with then the mobile phone sent to another person via Messenger and he had to answer for that too. Ashford was instead just a company employee. Both were accused of having spread images on social media. They were traced and reported after the search of their company by the police.
