Diawara, Instagram post for Guinean footballers who tragically died in an accident

ROME – Diawara is mourning the tragic road accident of the Guinea footballers which caused 9 deaths and 19 injured (among them also the cousin of the Liverpool footballer Keita). The Roma midfielder decided to remember them with a moving post published on Instagram.

Roma smile, Diawara is back to play for Primavera.

A precious recovery for Roma in view of the season finale. Amadou Diawara runs to return to the field after choosing conservative therapy instead of surgery to overcome his left knee injury.

The midfielder, who has returned to work in a group for a few days, yesterday trained in Trigoria together with Primavera and today played a part of the championship match between the boys coached by Alberto De Rossi and the same age as Inter. The match ended on the result of three to three without goals for Diawara.

The final decision on the use of Diawara on the field of the Tre Fontane stadium was made only a few hours after the game, the goal was to test the tightness of the knee after testing it in training. The test was successful because Diawara did well on the pitch without suffering new injuries.

The first to cheer for the recovery of the Guinean is the coach Paulo Fonseca who hopes to have him available again as soon as possible, perhaps already for the next Europa League commitment with Sevilla or for the next one in the league with Sampdoria.

On the corporate front, meanwhile, the signing of the documents of the preliminary contracts between James Pallotta and Dan Friedkin for the transfer of the club from the Boston tycoon to the group headed by the Texan billionaire seems to be nearing completion. Over the weekend the parties should finalize the final details and immediately after the signing in the United States will also arrive the official press release from Rome regarding a negotiation which at that point will turn towards the closing.
