ROME – Francesco Ghirelli is the new president of Lega Pro: sole candidate, takes the place of Gabriele Gravina who held the same position since December 2015 and is now the number one of the FIGC. Former general manager of the Lega Pro, Ghirelli received the vote from 48 eligible companies with seven white cards and one null.
During the assembly of the Lega Pro the vice presidents were also elected: with 39 votes Cristiana Capotondi, a Roman actress with a degree in communication sciences and a great fan of football, and Jacopo Tognon (37 votes), lawyer and member of the Tas. Thirteen white cards and two nulle on 58 eligible.

So the president of the FIGC, Gabriele Gravina, commenting on the election of the new number one of the Lega Pro, a position held until recently by the same Gravina.
