Coronavirus, two positive players in the Premier League

LONDON (ENGLAND) – Three days of testing and tampons for a total of 996 players.

On Tuesday, Thursday and Friday the Premier League performed new tests to understand any positivity at Covid-19.

And after the negative news on the positivity of six players, even in this case there is no smile.

Now the top division of the English football league has announced two new cases in two clubs among the 996 swabs executed.

The two players were immediately isolated and will have to stay there for seven days.

The six players who tested positive a few days ago were not included among the 996 players tested.

These players are still observing their period of isolation.

There is not yet an official date but the Premier League could start again on June 14th (same date desired by Serie a ).

Confirmation must be given by the United Kingdom government after collecting the positive opinion of the technical scientific committee.

While Italy and England await an official date, Spain has made the final decision to resume the championship the week starting on June 8th.

For all the model is the German one as the Bundesliga was the first to resume and has already played two championship days without a hitch (source ANSA).
