Coronavirus, Paulo Dybala still positive after 39 days

ROME – Juventus player Paulo Dybala , 39 days after the first swab, is still positive for coronavirus.

This at least is what Josep Pedrerol, the presenter of El Chiringuito de Jugones, reports.

And so the Argentine, who is asymptomatic and well, will continue his quarantine in Turin.

It had been Dybala himself, it was March 21st, to give news of his positivity.

His positivity and his fiancée, Oriana Sabatini.

“Hi everyone, I wanted to inform you that we have just received the results of the Covid-19 test and both Oriana and I have tested positive. Fortunately we are in perfect condition. Thanks for your messages. Hello everybody".

Dybala, remember, has been in isolation since 11 March.

“On March 21, my boyfriend and I – explained his fiancée in early April – did a test for coronavirus and tested positive.

Three days ago they took my test again and it was negative.

Yesterday morning I made another one which turned out to be positive, so I still have the coronavirus.

I don't know how it works, I don't even know why the test was negative first and then positive.

I heard that if you contract the virus and then do a test it can result in a false negative: for this reason they make another one, to make sure it is 100% and negative.

Continue to stay at home and those who have any doubts know that 15 days are not enough.

Take care of yourself and others. "

That of Dybala, by now we know it well, is not the only case of its kind. Indeed .

The question, Dybala or not, remains: but are we always sure of the 14 days? Is 14 days of quarantine enough for those who are positive or potentially so?

The question also remains because, it should be remembered, not everyone has had or has or will be lucky enough to make a tampon. (Source: Corriere della Sera).
