MILAN – Inter have officially taken the field against the coronavirus. The Nerazzurri company, chaired by Steven Zhang, wanted to donate 85 thousand masks to the Lombardy Region, a rare commodity in this delicate historical phase for our country.
“Once again I wish to thank all those who are helping with concrete actions in the Lombardy region. The people of solidarity, both nationally and internationally, are very vast and give us further strength to move forward with the utmost determination in the battle against the virus ".
This was stated by the president of the Lombardy region, Attilio Fontana. “Today I address particular thanks to Inter.
The company of President Zhang has informed us that he has made 65,000 masks available to the Bergamo hospital and 21,600 to Lodi. Useful and important actions for those who, in the front line, have been grueling shifts since days to face the emergency ".
"We are in an emergency. It is a moment of great difficulty. We must be more responsible than ever. We have to respect the rules, we stay home. The doctors are doing a huge job, we are collaborating on the fundraising that we are doing. Everything will be fine".
