ROME – Important steps forward in the negotiation for the transfer of ownership from James Pallotta to Dan Friedkin . Today the lawyers of the Texan tycoon have met the Rome CEO Guido Fienga at the Giallorossi headquarters of Eur to define the details of the operation.

As Il Corriere dello Sport continues, Brad Beinart , Director, Finance & Asset Manager of the Friedkin Group is among the more than fifteen attorneys present. In the evening the group left the hotel in Piazza della Repubblica to move to a nearby restaurant.
The parties would have agreed on a club valuation of 800 million euros (including the 272 debt and the 130 capital increase already approved by the shareholders' meeting).
