ROME – Antonio Conte rejected it, without half measures. Ivan Perisic is now on the market and Inter wants to resolve the issue as soon as possible. The Croatian is not part of Conte's plans: "I don't think it is appropriate to do the role I ask for". But at the moment no offers have arrived to the company. In January there had been contacts in the Premier League but the negotiations ran aground soon. To replace Perisic, Marotta would be thinking of one of Darmian, Kolarov and Emerson Palmieri. And to a surprise name.
The profiles followed, as mentioned, are three: on Kolarov there are doubts about the estate in the whole range at 33; another name is that of Emerson Palmieri, strongly wanted by the technician from Lecce at Chelsea in January 2018. However, blocking the Blues market makes negotiation almost impossible. Darmian finally is not taken into consideration only for the left wing. And here comes the name of the Serbian Filip Kostic of Eintracht Frankfurt. The player made a good impression against Inter in the Europa League and has returned from an excellent season on the left in the 3-4-1-2 of the German team (10 goals and 13 assists).
