Cutrone greets Milan in this transfer market, will go to the Wolves in England. In the photo, Ansa has rejoiced with the Rossoneri shirt

MILAN – Patrick Cutrone left the Boston training camp overnight, the venue for the Milan tour, and returned to Italy, as he did last week from André Silva, before the sinking of the negotiation with Monaco: the transfer is imminent of the Rossoneri number 63 at Wolverhampton.

The 21-year-old striker would therefore have decided to accept the Premier club's court – which will play the Europa League – after a few days of reflection: the last details remain to be settled but the operation seems destined to close.

Thus ended the 10-year experience at Cutrone's Milan, a Rossoneri youth sector product, after 27 goals in 90 first-team appearances. The sale should bring about 25 million in total to Milan.

Cutrone wanted to stay at Milan and appeared to be decidedly annoyed by this decision by the club to download it to the highest bidder.

Milan will now concentrate on defining the purchases of Angel Correa from Atletico Madrid (his agent is in Italy) and Rafael Leao of Lille.

Giampaolo does not talk about transfer market but promotes the withdrawal: "Beyond expectations".

A withdrawal "beyond expectations" but with the need to have "time and patience". This is the balance of the first 10 days of work offered by Marco Giampaolo at Malpensa, before his departure to the United States for the Milan tour.

"It was 10 days of excellent work – notes the coach – I found a group of curious players with a high level of professionalism and attention. Milanello is an extraordinary structure, I couldn't find better.

I'm happy, in this period it is always said that we are on our honeymoon. The players were extraordinary, they went beyond my expectations for the ability to learn. They really surprised me: we must consolidate what we have done, improve other things, time can be my first ally "(source Ansa).
