Bari, De Laurentiis promises battle: “We will give blood to go to Serie B”

BARI – Bari will do everything to follow Monza, Reggina and Vicenza in Serie B.

This was stated by the president of the Apulian company Luigi De Laurentiis at a press conference.

Aurelio De Laurentiis' son, who instead is the patron of Napoli, has full confidence in the qualities of his players and is happy to return to play.

At first, there was talk of a Carpi in Serie B but then the decision came to open this goal also to other teams.

Bari has always fought for a resumption of football also played in Serie C.

If the championship had not resumed, as previously said, the algorithm would have rewarded Carpi.

In his long speech in the press room, De Laurentiis also spoke about the possibility of reopening the San Nicola to the fans.

Puglia was one of the regions least affected by the coronavirus.

For this reason, the stadium is being reopened at least to season ticket holders (who otherwise would be entitled to a refund).

The declarations issued by the son of De Laurentiis are reported by corrieredellosport.it.

“Starting again is a victory for football. A whole world, and an economy, are leaving.

The compliments for the promotion go to Reggina , Vicenza and Monza .

We started with individual trainings and the tests scheduled for the return to the field.

We want to play the promotion possibilities to the death.

We have a united, professional and scrupulously observant team.

It will be a very hot, hellish July, we are waiting to understand how many teams will participate in this phase.

A World Cup awaits us: dry matches, full of pitfalls.

All that remains is to win, in this period the algorithms have been our nightmare.

I'm used to fighting, it doesn't scare me anything.

I hope to reopen the bleachers safely, first to subscribers.

San Nicola is perfect for this scenario, all respecting the protocols ".
