ROME – In the Champions League semi-final, Barcelona beat Liverpool 3–0 at home. Lionel Messi scored two goals, including one thanks to a masterful punishment. More than one person, however, more than the feat of the Argentine, he pointed the finger at the badly deployed defense by Alisson, goalkeeper of the Reds.
Both Fabio Capello and Alessandro Del Piero, in Sky's studies, commenting on the goal, observed that the opposing barrier had not been better organized by Alisson. Without taking anything away from the magic of the number 10 , it seems in effect that an extra man was needed in the barrier, or that this man had to be moved to better cover the pole further away from the goalkeeper.
